and i'm facing the following problem, when transferring an external call that arrives to site 1, to a person in site 2 through the trunk.
the scenario is as follows:
A call arrives to site 1, i answer it and i click on transfer to transfer the call to a person in site 2, i could talk with that person to tell him that someone needs to talk to him, but when i click transfer again to fully transfer the call, the call will be disconnected, the person in site 2 hears a disconect signal, and the person calling from pstn doesn't hear anything.
