Transfer call to different number after specific time
I have a CME with CUE, with options 1 .2 and 3.
I need that when someone calls to company and push the option 3 after the 6P.M tranfer call to my cell phone, during the day (before the 6P.M) when someone push option 3 the calls keep going to the internal extensions.
Then, you will need to make a custom script that checks this business schedule and on option 3, routes the call to a different number after 6 pm. TAC doesn't help with custom scripts as they don't support it. You could use this guide as a start.
