transfer calls from unity connection to CUCM not working

Hello,

I have CUCM 8.0 and UCX 8.0 connected via SCCP. I configure VGW with CUCM as H323 GW with CSS can reach everywhere and VP ports can reach everywhere.

I configure a CTI RP with FWD-All to VM and on UCX configured a call handler and allowed transfer to numbers not in UCX and configured inout ( 0 ) to use system transfer and removed all restrictions for the transfer on UCX.

When I call and select ( 0 ) and put the phone number that I want to call, I receive a messgae "Not able to transfer to this number"

Anyone has any idea to solve this issue??

Hi Tarik,

On the default System transfer restriction table, when I want to transfer to extensions

that begin with 8 but are not part of Unity Connection I need to set;

8???* - Allow

If it was numbers that begin with 5 it would be;

5???* - Allow

Can you give that a try

Hi Tarik,

8* should work as well if you are trying to transfer to extensions

that begin with 8 (I just tried this and it worked to transfer to 8467)

On the Caller Input page for the Call Handler is 0 set to go to the

Caller System Transfer conversation and not the User System Transfer conversation?

Is the 8* one of the top rules? And is it set in the Default System transfer restriction table

and not the default transfer restriction table (note no System)?
