Transfer doesnt works on VG248

Hi,

I have CCM Cluster 5.1 with Cisco VG248, using MGCP as signal control. When an analog phone on VG248 makes a call transfer, the reciving phone only rings and when goes off hook, it doesnt get the transfer, then the call returns to analog phone on VG248.

On VG248 console there are no warnings or errors present.

Cisco VG248 has software version 1.3(2)

Any help would be useful.

Hi Jose,

For a Transfer to be completed the Originator of the Transfer must Hang up once the Receiving phone has answered. For example;

Call comes into 5555

5555 Presses #2 to start transfer and then dials 4444 (receiving phone)

Phone 4444 answers

5555 hangs up and caller is connected to 4444.

I make the options of transferences, but the transference does not work of this form.

When I presses #2 or presses flash but the it doesnt get the transfer, then the call returns to analog phone on VG248.

When an analog phone is ring, Only I can capture the call presses **3

Any help would be useful.
