transfer problem

Using UC500 system I have the following problem.

Receptionist with a 7961 phone is absent. Phone A. We configured a Pickup group for telephone B and C to pick the ringing phone from the outside. Don't want a hunt group. Pickup group is working perfectly. B to Z are just 7911 type phones, all configured for dual-line ephone-dn extensions.

B now have the call and tries to transfer the call to C or D in another floor in a full-consult manner. If C and D take the call, the conversation from outside continues from the outside to C or D.

But when the final-recipient doesn't take the call, the call is lost, and it don't return to originator of the transfer.

When the final-recipient is A in the 7962, the call returns to B or C.

This happens JUST with outside calls of the pickup group!?!?!

What do I need to check?
