I'm trying to configure a transfer to IVR campaign using UCCE 7.2 and Cisco IP IVR 6.0.
I'd like to know:
1)Which is the routing client to use for the dialed number script selector?
2)Which is the correct configuration for "Dialed number" and "IVR Route Point" fields in the Skill Group Selection tab? (Campaign configuration)
3)Is it necessary to configure a Translation Route for the Media Routing RC (or we can use the same Trans. Route we use for the inbound -Call Manager RC-?
You May try using the PG explorer to configure the routing client to allow all post routed calls to make routes request to ICM
If an agent is not available, the ICM script then executes a Translation Route to a VRU node.
