Transfer

When a user wants to transfer a call, they push the transfer button; the calling party is placed on hold immediately. They will then dial the number they want to transfer the call to. When the person answers, they press the transfer button again. When they press the transfer button a second time, the call doesn't transfer immediately. It takes three or four seconds for the call to transfer.

This is CCM 4.1(3)sr3c.

Any ideas?

Hi Chris,

Are you using H323 as a GW? If yes using fast start or slow start?

Or that happens for internal calls only?

Those phones are in remote locations?

Call signalling is prioritized?
