Transferred Call to Cisco 7925G-EX phones not audible
Please, I am puzzled at the behaviour of all the 7925G-EX and 7921 phones on my CUCM network. When external calls from the service provider trunk through cisco 3825 voice gateway router are forwarded to this wireless handheld phones, you don't hear anything but a beeps at intervals while the called party hears you clearly. Also calls transferred from within the enterprise network are audibly clear. This issue is peculiar only to this hand held phones as all other flavours of SIP and SCCP cisco and other vendor phones on the network transfer calling parties' calls clearly and audibly.
Please, who has experienced this and what could be wrong? Thanks in anticipation
