Transfers wield dead air

Greetings Cisco Professionals!

Help!

I am having an issue with call transfers on my VoIP system

When a call is transfered into our VoIP system, it has dead air until the employee picks up the line.

When testing the number they are transferring to, same experience, dead air until employee picks up.

No MOH, ringing or anything is heard during the transfer.

Everything was working correctly a few days ago, then it started acting up.

Would you mind pointing me in the correct area of Call Manager to troubleshoot this please?

Could this be a Call Spacing issue? If so, where do I verify these settings?

Christopher,

You could try restarting the Cisco IP Voice Media stream service as it sounds like your MOH has stopped running.
