Re: Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

Hmm ok try 2 things. 1) Remove the dialplan pattern command under the telephony service I am suspecting the 3999 is getting changed to the full 59043999 and see if that works

2) also remove the cor on this dial peer

dial-peer voice 1001 voip

*Nov 20 18:45:30.995: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccUpdateRedirectingNumber:

type=6 redirecting_number=135

*Nov 20 18:45:30.995: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccUpdateRedirectNumber:

type=6 Original Called Number=135, Called Number=135, Calling Number=1143514725, Calling DN=235789812 Calling Id=23780,

Redirect Number=3999, Redirect Reason=15

type=6 redirecting_number=135

*Nov 20 18:45:30.995: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/cc_get_feature_vsa:

This tells me that 135 got triggered and has redirected the call to 3999 so I think the dialplan pattern is the one screwing it up. If this doesn’t work then I will have to give you some more detail debugs to see what is the number it is trying to match that its getting a failure

Cheers

Re: Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

Hello Thiago,

Can you please debug the ccsip messages and capture the output? For a non working transfer to voicemail call.

Also what CUE version is currently running?

Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

Thiago,

Your dial-peer 1001 references voice-class codec 2, but I do not see that defied, can you either reference class 1, or hard code g711 codec to see if that fixes it?

Re: Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

you dont have an incoming dial-peer if it hits 0 the call will fail

Thnx

Re: Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

Friends, first thanks.

Jorge Armijo

Im running 7.0 version, follow the debug ;

I forced the codec g711, but didnt work ;

I didnt understand, why i need an incomming dial-peer?

Follow the debug, in this test i called to extension 135 configured with call-forward all 3999, but always return with signal busy :

Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

You are correct, when i call to business, the call goes to AA, and for example i disk to extension 135 (configured with

call-forward all 3999 ) when the AA transfer to extension 135 the signal returns busy, but should return a voice saying that "there is no maibox to this number"

Follow the  deb voip ccapi def:

Re: Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

The call is failing because there is no route for 135.Can you check if you get any result for sh dialplan num 135. And can you remove the corlist on the 1... dial peer to see if that fixes it.

*Nov 20 18:45:30.995: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccUpdateRedirectingNumber:

type=6 redirecting_number=135

*Nov 20 18:45:30.995: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccUpdateRedirectNumber:

type=6 Original Called Number=135, Called Number=135, Calling Number=1143514725, Calling DN=235789812 Calling Id=23780,

Redirect Number=3999, Redirect Reason=15

*Nov 20 18:45:30.995: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccUpdateRedirectingNumber:

type=6 redirecting_number=135

Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

TKSSS!!

Your first suggestion worked, when i removed the dialplan in telephony-service the transfer to VM worked: :

telephony-service

no dialplan-pattern 1 5904.... extension-length 4 extension-pattern ....

Why do you suspect that? And what was the function of this command : dialplan-pattern 1 5904.... extension-length 4 extension-pattern ....

Again, TKSSS!!

Re: Transffers to VM - Busy Signal

This is to expand all 4 digit to the full DID numbers so callers can have the full DID’s as there extension and telco can still provide 4 digits to route the call. It becomes a hassle in this case where every 4 digit gets converted to 8 digits in your case 59043999 so if you want this to work with the dialplan pattern create another dial peer like this

Dial-peer voice xxx

Destination-pattern 59043999

Point it to CUE

Translation-profile outgoing outgo

Translation-pattern rule 89

Rule 1 /3999\(.*\)/ /\1/

Translation profile outgo

Translate called 89

This will remove the 5904 and simply send 3999 to CUE and the call should still work
