Hi All,
I am trying to translate one DID to CTI RP for incoming call to send the call to Attendant Console. I can dial CTI RP number internally and it works fine, but when I dial that DID from my cell phone, I am receiving ring back tone and CTI RP never dialed.
Also I am sure Translation pattern is working fine because when DID translated to the extension, that extension rings.
any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Does the CSS assigned to the TP list the Partition of the cti route point?

have you checked the CSS from the translation pattern??
maybe it can reach the phone but not the CTI RP
maybe another thing in your dial plan that could match that?
