We have a CallManager cluster that needs the following attention
Hello. We have two groups of users:
Group A; extension: 100-300
Group B; extension: 301-799
There will be two helpdesks, one for each group, extension 901 for group A, and extension 902 for group B.
But this will be transparent to users of both group as they are going to dial 900 and be redirected according to their group membership, ie: If a user from group A dials 900, he will be redirected to extension 901, and users from B will be redirected to 902.
I think that is done via a translation-rule on the CallManager, I have tried one, but it does not seem to work.
