Translattion pattern -> cell phone issue

Hi, i'm having this issue: ip phone -dialing 4 digit trnalation pattern - call goes to a cell phone... everything works fine with 95% of TPs but some others drop the call after exactly 10 min... any ideas?

Hi Carlos,

pls give us the call flow with devices involved. depends on the GW type, we can try collecting logs and ccm traces to investigate the issue and we can come to know who is dropping the call and why. A working and nonworking call logs are always helpful if they follow the same call flow.

Please check Service parameter "Maximum Call Duration Timer" on CUCM.

This parameter specifies the minutes that a call can remain active  before Cisco CallManager clears it. A value of zero disables the timer.
   This is a required field.
   Default:                  720
   Minimum:                  0
   Maximum:                  35791
   Unit:                min
