Trouble loading the SQL bind vulnerability patch

Hi All,

I am having troubles loading the SQL bind vulnerability patch to my LAB.

I had hoped to get it loaded here before trying it on the production network.

My version of CUCM fis 9.1.1.10000-11

The installation begins normally, but gets an "unknown error"

Any ideas please?

Have you checked the MD5?

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for that, but the error message does not show the MD5 at all.

It only says an "unknown" error occurred.

I am not sure how to view the logfiles using the command line, but that is probablly where I need to get to.

Any tips on looking at those log files?
