Trouble using BAT to delete phones via custom file
I am trying to use BAT to delete roughly 35 phones using a custom file that lists the Directory Numbers configured on the phones.
The problem I am having is that when I run the query against the file, BAT only detects 23 of the 35 phones. If I run a "manual" single query for a DN that is not detected in the file based query, the phone device is found. I've reordered the query file and even recreated it. The BAT tool always misses the same DN's.
This roud of 35 phones is my test bed before trying to delete 800+ phones, so I need this process to work.
I am using BAT tool Version 5.1(4a) Anyone have advice on how to get this to work.
