My users are having trouble connecting people to conference calls. Every time they try to confirm the connection between different connections, the call fails and hangs up on all other users. Is there something that I am missing? A trick perhaps with this model? Please help us out.
sounds like you're using the SW CFB with several codecs, if so configure either XCODING or a HW CFB
