Trouble with Firmware Upgrade IP Phones from 8-5-3 to 9-0-3S

Hi,

We have a problem to upgrade IP Phones 7962,7961 and 7971 form 8-5-3 to 9-0-3S.

If we upgrade one single phone then everything works fine the during of the upgrade is ca. 7 - 10 minutes.

But when we upgrade more then one phone (2 - x) at same time we have a big probelm the during of the upgrade was almost 2h.

Our test was two phones at the same time:

Phones 7962 > 8-5-3 to 9-0-3S

During: 2h !!!

CUCM: 7.1.3

The following message appears in the TFTP log in a large number :

7/16/2010 13:42:26.165 TFTP|TFTPEngine::CheckStaleRequests(),[0xbd6b520~1182~xx.xxx.xx.xxx~49173] No ACK, Socket[17] Serving File[apps42.9-0-3TH1-22.sbn] Expecting block[12] Retrying [1] times...|<CLID::CCMCL21><NID::xx.xxx.xxx.x><LVL::Detailed><MASK::0004>

Is someone knows that problem ?

Could be a network thing - have you verified speed/duplex set correctly on the server/switchport and negotiated settings match?
