Can anyone tell me whats the difference between Cisco Unified Serviceability and Cisco Unified RTMT. Which tool is most beneficial in order to troubleshoot the voice.

Cisco Unified Serviceability

Allows CUCM administrators to control feature and configure alarms and trace information, and so on....

RTMT

RTMT displays performance information for CUC, CUCM, CUPS  components. RTMT provides alert notification for troubleshooting  performance, for troubleshooting is way bettet than Serviceability. The objective of RTMT is to help on troubleshooting to provide the tools to solve the problems.
