I work on CCM v6 and NETWISE PMOP( standard of the society )
This application use CTI ports and route points.
Since last week we loose some calls (busy tone) and it's ramdom.
In the log on NETWISE we can see :

I reset CTI port and Route point but nothing change.
I don't known how to do for troubleshooting this problem.
Maybe someone could help me
