Hello everyone, I have a proble with a callmanager with a trunk sip against IVR of prosodie. I'm going to try explain the problem.
The call come in to CallManager and this send the call to IVR through Trunk SIP, until here everything are ok , then the IVR try transfer the call to CCX (Route Point in CallManager) through Trunk SIP but I see an error in capture "SIP/2.0 404 NOT found".
Someone know why is it happening?

Make sure that the rerouting calling search space is set on the SIP trunk that can reach the CTI RP, and then also make sure that the SIP trunk can reach the CTI ports partition too that the CTI RP will redirect to.

Hi, I have configured the rerotuing CSS but the problem continue. I have configured CTI ROUTE POINT and CTI ports in the same partition, and the CSS and rerouting CSS contain this partition. Have any idea.?
