Hi

I am trying to configure trusted relay point on a cucm 7 and 9 for Qos Purpose for softphone

1)service parameter:

Clusterwide Parameters (System - General) section

Fail Call If Trusted Relay Point Allocation Fails: False

2) Common Device Configuration Details:

Use Trusted Relay Point

Note:

The administrator configures the Use Trusted Relay Point check box in the Common Device Configuration window.

I want to ask where do I actually configure QoS

Is there any document that can help with the set up of QoS using TRP for CUCM?

I belive this is well documented in SRND, you also need to actually build the TRPs which are transcoders, when you add transcoder there is a "Truster Relay Point" checkbox.
