UC 540 problems

     I have a UC540 which at first was functioning well and super. Afterwaards it stop giving ip address to cisci ip phones.

     Even after reseting and using the default config it does give or see any phones, but when you statical ip address are put

      the UC 540 sees the phone.

What could be the problem with this

Hi,

Sounds like you have an issue with the UC500 DHCP server element.

Check that section of the config and make sure you have not excluded to many addresses and that the DHCP pool has the correct settings like network, default gateway tftp server etc.

check the Dhcp configuration, check the Switch configuration, check if the phones ports are in the same vlan.

if you could attach your run config as text file we can have a look.
