UC 560 History Logs

Hello,

I am neding to see if there is a way to view the history of a specific phone... What happened is a user submited a support ticket saying when they came into the office, their phone was forwarding calls to another number... The user cancelled the forwarding by the time I got the notice.

Is there a way to see where/when that change was made so I can identify the "forwarded" number and resolve this issue?
