i recently completed a UC 7.1.x upgrade for my customer - CUCM, UnityCxn, CUPS and CER...upgraded to 8.6.x For all servers...I used a local FTP server (filezilla) on my own pc to transfer various files including the ISO upgade images...to the servers during the upgrades....it worked fine for all servers except CER - version 184.108.40.206000-3..everytime i tried it would come back - "An unkown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file" See below....is this a bug in CER7.1.x? I burned a disc...and upgraded CER 7.1.x to 8.6 and it was fine....i was just curious if this is a known issue?
