UC Connection - Auto Attendant

I'm trying to create an auto-attendant (not from the opening greeting call handler). When the call goes to a CTI port (which then has a forward all to vm) before the opening auto-attendand greeting the system says "sorry". So callers here "sorry" "You have reach XYZ company". How to get rid of the word "sorry"? Is this a bug that anyone's encountered?

seems you recorded the recorded voice and not the greeting, you're supposed to record that under the standard greeting not as the recorded voice. that's why you get the sorry "company XYZ"

that's used usually for subscribers so the caller hears sorry "my name" is not available

but if you record it under the call handler it has the same effect.

delete that call handler and recreate it making sure you record the greeting under the greetings

and of course that is not a bug
