uc500 and conference

Hi,

i want to configure the conference hardware on the uc500, but it doesn't work :

The configuration :

The UC5XX are not a supported media resource for CUCM, you can configure those resources for CME on the UC5XX, but not for CUCM, that's not supported.

OK, have you configured it under telephony-services??

Have you tried doing a shut/no shut of the profile?

Yes i configured this under telephony-services :

sdspfarm conference mute-on 111 mute-off 222
sdspfarm units 3
sdspfarm tag 1 confdspl
conference hardware

and yes i tried doing shut/no of the profile but it changes nothing

Are you really using a CME version 3?

Check if there's a later version available on the following command:

sccp ccm x.x.x.x identifier 1 version [version]

If there's a later version, use it.

Then capture some show commands:

-show dspfarm all

-show ephone-dn conference
