UC500 and Remote Phones / Teleworker

As written on the UC500 8/16 User support 2 remote phones. The other versions 24/32/48 support 4 remote phones.

I need to install now a 16 user version with a remote office. there will be 2 phones and 1 ata in the remote office.

An other project is with the 48 user version and 2 remote offices. Every remote office will have 3 phones, also a total of 6 remote phones.

The idea is to simply connect the remote phones over a site-to-site vpn tunnel with the uc500.

I have done this several times with callmanager express and it worked great.

How is this now with the uc500? It is technical not possible, because of the remote phone / Teleworker limitation? Or is it only a issue with the license of the phones?

Thanks for the help!

Re: UC500 and Remote Phones / Teleworker

Hi, there are no licensing neither technical limitations. You can mix and match local and remote phones/teleworkers/IPCP as you whish within the maximum number of phones supported.

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
