UC500 CUE CLI Login

Hi,

I cannot login via CLI to CUE, even though WEB access is fine.

This is what I get:

Username: Admin
Password:

The screen hangs there forever. The username and password are correct. If a wrong password is put, I get a "% Authentication failed" message.

line configuration in the router is:

line vty 0 132

no exec

privilege level 15

transport input all

transport output all

Any ideas are appreciated.

Have you tried reloading the module from the IOS?

service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 reload

If that doesn't work I would try a hard reset:

service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 reset

Keep in mind that it takes forever for a CUE module to reload and come back online so I would do this in a maintenance window.
