UC500 External Inbound Call

Hi,

I have recently installed a UC500 for a customer. I am using H323 instead of SIP. When I make an external call outbound, it works fine.

However, when I make an external call inbound, The IP phone rings and when I go to answer it, the call drops at the IP phone end, but the external phone still hears ringback. I am using G711 as my codec. Has anyone seen this problem before?

debug voip dialpeer to make sure you're not hitting dial peer 0. If you're hitting dial peer 0, try adding something like this:

dial-peer voice 1 voip

incoming called-number .

dtmf-relay h245-alpha

codec g711ulaw

no vad
