I have a trivial question about the Cisco UC500. I'am not a expert but I would like to know if all UC500 with Voice Mail integrated come with Auto Attend ??

Yes, it does. It's called CUE AA.

Yes there is an Auto Attendant that you can use.
You can configure it using the CLI or since you are not expert on this, you can use the CCA
