UC500 Uploading Menu Prompt

When I browse to the menu prompt I recorded for the UC500 auto attendant, I receive the following error.

"FTP server error while uploading prompt file"

I haven't set up an FTP server as the instructions suggest you can just browse to the file from the GUI. I have given full control permissions to everyone on this foler.

Is this the first time you saw these errors on the CME GUI? If not, since when have you seen these errors and what has been the workaround? Did you make any changes on the UC500 that could have possibly caused these errors?
