Yes the UC520 (with built-in CME) does support Night Service;

Hi Huw,,

Good stuff my friend! I'm going to the "In-Laws" for dinner tonight so..... ;-)

Make sure to gather the Time of Day, Days of Week/Weekends, and where the Customer wants the Night Calls to Ring, before Saturday so you can build this up for them. You should be good to go!
