UC520 and SIP trunk toward ISP

How should the setup be to get the SIP trunk working? I have only used BRI or PRI before so I have no clue, please help me!

I need some sample configuration on the dial-peer and everthing.

Hi,

SIP trunking has a lot of parameters specific to your SIP provider, but there are some guides out there to help.

Generally you can use 'show sip register stat' to see what is registered. 'debug ccsip messages' lets you know what the SIP message are ( SIP is easy to read, like HTTP).

Sometimes you have to do an outgoing calling number translation so that all calls have an originating number of the number you're registering.

You will generally configure rtp-nte as your DTMF option.
