UC520 Centrex FXO Question

I have a centrex line which allows me to answer it when connected to an analog phone and flash hook and dial another number and have a 3 way conference call. If I take that same centrex line and plug it into an FXO port on the UC520, can I get the same functionality somehow?

Yes, CME supports hookflash on FXO lines, using a softkey button on the phone.
