Hi All
Just installed a UC520 with wireless for data and handsets.
Problem is, although the signal is fine (i.e. 70% - 80% signal). It keeps intermittently disappearing from both the data and voice sides.
The laptops lose connection then come back again within a few seconds. However the 7921 handsets lose the signal and don't get it back again! We have to turn the handset off and on again and it will find signal and work again.
We've never had problems with wireless before - UC520 replaced a linksys AP that never experienced any problems.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
By the way this is a small office location, single building with no obvious Interference i.e. machinery, microwaves, wireless phones etc.

It appears that having your network 'secured' causes windows to not reconnect. Disable security on router and then use Mac Filtering as only security measure.

If both your wireless devices get dropped off the network it could be that there is some RF interference in the vacinity. If you do not have a spectrum analyser a clear way of identifying presence (although it does help find it), is looking at the frame check sequence errors and the packet retries on the stats for your wireless adapter.
Alternatively you could be being dissassociated which is another issue altogether.
