UC540 installation error

Dear Cisco Team

We are trying to configure Cisco UC540 when r trying to install the phones we cannot find the 6900 series phones and when we try to install the WIP310G2 we get the attached error.

Please advise ASAP

Wrong forum, try "small business" has an uc5xx section.

6900 phones are very much supported with UC540, it is also confirmed in the UC 540 datasheet here under " Key Features with Benefits " section. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/vcallcon/ps7293/data_sheet_c78-554289.html

But pls note, 6900 series phones are supported only from CUCME 8.0 onwards, so ensure that you have CUCME 8.0 & above. Pls refer the CUCME 8.0 compatibility matrix here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/cme80spc.htm

I am not sure about WIP310G2 error.
