I have inherited a client with an existing UC560 phone system. I would like to setup the Auto Attendant feature, however it is not listed under Telephony within the Cisco Configuration Assistant. I have version 3.2 (2) of the CCA currently.
My understanding that the UC560 does indeed support auto attendant, however the option does not appear to be available to me. Any thoughts on why? Any guidance is much appreciated!
