I have upgraded CallManager 4.1 to 6.0 using DMA. Currently the configuration on this server is really messy that the css and partition is all over the place. In order for me to clean this up before going live on UC6.0 I need to modify all the users with proper partition and css on the device and the line (including CFW, CFNA calling search spaces).
There are 7940 and 7960 phones with some using 1 line, 2 lines, 3 lines...etc.
I exported the phones information and put it in a CSV format using excel. I was hoping there is a way that I can just modify the necessary information and import the CSV as an update for all the users. Anyone have this issue or have ideas how to accomplish this?
