UCCE Finesse Phonebooks

Hello,

Does anyone know if the Finesse phonebooks can be intergrated with AD? All I see is importing users via .csv.

Hi,

 Yes, I have done this via custom scripting. Best way would be to create a VBS script that exports all the contacts from a specific AD OU to a CSV text file. Then use the same script to upload the text file on Finesse. I can send you a sample script if you are interested.
