Hi all.
Using historical report tool, is possible to display the number of concurrent calls/sessions inbound to an IVR application for a particular range of time?
I looked inside the historical report tool options with no luck. An sql query could also be useful
Any help?

Hi Carlo,
Historical data is written only after the call completion. You can use the Real Time Reporting tool to get the active concurrent calls in UCCX.
