UCCX 8.x - Team refresh rate set to manual

Hello,

We have a supervisor that has their "team refresh rate in seconds" set to manual.  Everyone else has it set to 1 sec.  The supervisor has to constantly press refresh to get up to date statistics.

We tried to change this under preferences, but the option is greyed out.

If anyone knows how to adjust this field please let me know.

Try executing CSD with 'Run as administrator' to see if the setting lights up. Also, you should never have this less than 10 seconds.
