Last week (while I was off work d'oh)we were attacked by the Conficker virus. The UCCX was infected and started to constantly reboot. The server was patched and scripts run however now the Agents cannot log in and no details can be viewed under admin for the RmCm sub menu's which only state:
'There was an error reading/updating the database. Please contact your administrator.'
I have restarted the SQL services and the CRS Engine but I have noted that in Control Center the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coodinator crashed on the day of the attack. I have manually started this service however still to no avail. Rebooted etc
