                   What is the default signon and password for a brand new UCCX?

Version 8.0 and higher, this will be specified during the install. Older version i believe its appadmin/ciscocisco or administrator/ciscocisco.

George, thanks for the guidance, I'm new to the forum and I'll try to get it into the right category next time. Our CCM is brand new and an Express not Enterprise. Our Call Mgr and Unity are 9.1. I am understanding that the vendor would have set up the signons during the install so I'll have to get that from them.
