UCCX MCT/MCID

We have a few of our contact centre customers looking to migrate to SIP for their PSTN access due to cost and scalability benefits.

Unfortunately, it appears that MCT/MCID (malicious call trace) is missing. Spoke to a few people who believe it is because of CTI involvement where there is no option to send the required DTMF code back on the correct SIP channel.

Anyone else have this problem and hopefully a workaround/solution?
