UCCX script editor not working

1-The loading bar down of the screen always loading and never finishes.Please  take a look to the attached picture.

2-When i go to the uccx and want to change the server from hostname to ip address,i always get update failed.

I am so new in uccx,help is appreciated.

For #1: This is just the Java Heap size/usage... nothing to worry about.

#2: Not sure what you mean here... are you trying to change the IP and/or the Hostname?

For #1 : but when i click file-open-script repository,i find nothing ,Should be something configured on the server first in order for the repository to show the default scripts ?

#2:cisco unified ccx administration page-system-server-choose the server :UCCX and when i change the hostname to ip address ,it shows me update failed.Just need to stop dns dependency

Ahmed,

Yup... there's nothing in there until you upload a script. If you go to file>new, you can see some sample scripts there

#2: What version of UCCX are you running? If it's 8.5, DNS is required
