UCM 7.1.3 LDAP authentication - intermittent "authentication failed" on user options page

Hi Gurus

I have integrated UCM 7.1.3 with windows AD. I have configured the integration, syncronization and authentication. I have a problem with intermittent error on user options page. sometimes user can login properly but sometimes users get "authentication failed" on user options page. I have checked tomcat security logs, i can see the errors but i can decode the cause. any pointers?

Could you upload the logs and give me the user ID that was failing?
