UCM 8.6 + IPTrade + Redbox Recorders

Hi buddies.

Someone already Record Calls with UCM 8.6 + IP Trade + Redbox Recorder?

I configured SIP Trunk + Route Pattern + Recording Profile + Enable BIB + Disable Privacy + configurations in LINE, but just for IP Trade don't works.

Have any special configuration for IP Trade phones?

The Built-in-Bridge function is a proprietary feature to the Cisco phones. You'll either need to do SPAN-based recording to recording server or trunk-side recording with MediaSense.
