Hi All !!!

Can anybody help me assign an extantion number on the right buttons column.

I have a 6 buttons on the left, and I very simply add ext number there.

Device -> Phone -> DeveceName -> Association Information -> Add a new SD

But if I try to chang buttons 7 and more nothing  :-(

Sorry, you can't.

Oleg,

Gordon is correct, the buttons on the Right are "Call Session" buttons and their solely purpose is to manage existing calls.  There is no way to configure them otherwise, if you need more buttons you need to get a Key Expansion Module.

One more.  Can you explain me how I can change phone's languege ?

Sure, you first need to download proper language pack for your CUCM version from software download section on CCO  and then install on CUCM after which you will be able to select the new language as the locale.
