UCM Attendant Console reboots PC when trying to forward a call

When an AC user recieves a call and then tries to transfer a call using the AC software the caller stays on her line and the PC reboots.

Hi,

Is this only affecting one user? Also, what version of CallManager is this for?

Not something I've seen before but it sounds as though it's either a PC related problem or a software bug..
