UCM longest idle time distribution behavior with unanswered call

Hello,

I've configured line group with longest idle time distribution algorithm. Idle timer starts from last on-hook event, can I configure UCM to consider unanswered calls? If subscriber does not answer calls all following calls will be always distributed to him first, is it a feature?

Regards,

Maxim

Until they actually take a call, the timer for each phone will keep increasing.

UCM longest idle time distribution behavior with unanswered call

Hi Maxim,

To add a note to the good info from Java (+5)

With CUCM 9.1 you could leverage this setting & Call Queuing;

Automatically Logout Hunt Member on No Answer

If  this check box is checked, line members will be logged off the hunt  list automatically. Line members can log back in using the "HLOG"  softkey or PLK.

Cheers!
